Phase One
Conceptual design and planning
At Soane Developments we tailor and craft projects to the needs and desires of our clients. From the very start, we listen to them and form an understanding of their end goal. We can then explain the project thoroughly with architects, designers and planning authorities.
We utilise structural engineers, surveyors, party wall negotiators and building control, ensuring projects progress as seamlessly as possible into the construction phase.
Phase Two
Communication and budgeting
Once planning permission is in place and drawings are finalised, we prepare a budget based on the specifics of the design and structural plans. This element is done with the client, a practice rarely carried out in the construction industry.
We believe in making the progress and expenditure of the project open and transparent by keeping all relevant documents available to both parties at all times.
In this way there is no distrust between the client and contractor once the project starts.
Phase Three
Project management
We have years of project management experience which enhances the service we give to our construction projects.
Project management is an important, yet difficult task and can make or break a project. At Soane Developments we pride ourselves on the efficiency and detail we dedicate to this part of the operation.
We coordinate our craftsmen and builders along with utility companies to progress the ideas through the project.
This ensures the project is completed on time and within budget.
