Office-to-residential conversion.
We converted a four storey Victorian building (in South West London) from offices into 5 residential flats.
The brief was to strip back / renovate the tired building and then create 5 flats (1 or 2 bedroom) with modern bathrooms, kitchens and living area.
Due to this previously being an office building and to create space, staircases were moved (or removed) and new room layouts were created.
